LaserMan Fabrication’s aim is to ensure that the needs of our customers are clearly understood and met through close collaboration at all stages of the work. Ultimate responsibility within the company rests with the Management Team; who are responsible for all matters pertaining to the Quality System.
The Company’s Quality Policy calls for continual improvement in its quality management activities and business will be conducted according to the following principles:
- Provide and maintain a Quality Management System that is in accordance with therequirements of ISO 9001:2015 and all relevant statutory, regulatory and other requirements.
- Work to continuously improve the effectiveness of this Quality Management System and make best use of our management resources in all quality matters.
- Utilize state of the art technology, emerging techniques and philosophy to support the quality and prioritization of products from design through shipment.
- Communicate our quality objectives and our performance against these objectives throughout the company and provide appropriate training to ensure that all employees understand and embrace the requirements of the system.
- Take due care to ensure that activities are safe and ethical for employees, associates and sub-contractors and all others who come into contact with our work.
- Ensure that our customers receive products and services that meet and exceed their requirements.
- Maintain a culture and workplace which allows our employees to develop and reach their potential; in line with our business objectives.
- Adopt a forward-looking view on future business decisions, which may improve our quality impacts.
To supply our customers with the products and services they require we have developed a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This policy is reviewed for continuing suitability and effectiveness at Management Reviews and as required and appropriate.
